These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the games and related services provided by poyogames ("Developer", "we", "us") that link to these Terms (the "Service"). These are shared Terms. Accounts, online rankings, cloud saves, advertisements, purchases, and other features described below apply only where offered in the game you use. Game-specific rules, product descriptions, and event conditions may supplement these Terms.
Please review these Terms before using the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory consumer or privacy rights. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled; agreeing to these Terms does not replace separate consent where legally required.
Some games are suitable for all ages. If you are a minor, a parent or legal guardian must provide any permission required by applicable law for your use of the Service, personal information processing, or purchases. An all-ages content rating does not itself authorize a child to make purchases or waive parental-consent requirements.
Games may offer guest play, Google or Apple sign-in, or account linking. Guest play may use an automatically assigned online account even when you do not enter an email address. Keep your device and linked sign-in account secure. Do not use another person's account without permission or share authentication credentials.
Guest access and local progress can be lost after reinstalling the app, clearing its data, changing devices, or losing access to the original sign-in method. Cloud saving and account linking, where offered, can help restore supported data but do not guarantee that every local change or an unfinished game session will be recoverable. Cross-platform transfer of progress or purchases is available only where the game and stores support it.
The Service may include free gameplay, advertisements, optional rewarded advertisements, in-app purchases, online features, or promotional rewards. Features and availability may differ by game, platform, region, version, and network conditions. Your mobile operator or internet provider may charge for data use.
Rewarded advertisements provide the stated reward after the applicable completion and verification conditions are met. Ad availability is not guaranteed. Where a game offers an ad-removal purchase, its product description defines the scope. A product described as removing banner and interstitial ads does not also remove optional rewarded ads unless stated. Ad removal does not by itself disable all analytics or account processing.
We may perform maintenance, adjust game balance, fix errors, or change features. We will provide reasonable advance notice of material changes or discontinuation where practicable and as required by law. Urgent security, technical, or legal issues may require immediate action. If a change materially affects paid content, applicable consumer remedies remain available.
Games may offer paid virtual currency, items, or features. The applicable store checkout displays the price and relevant transaction terms before purchase. Purchases are processed by the relevant app store and are subject to its applicable payment terms and the law. Obtain the payment account holder's permission before buying.
Virtual currency and items provide a limited right to use the relevant content within the game. They are not legal tender, do not have a cash redemption value, and cannot be sold or transferred outside supported game features, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Consumable items can be used up; restoring purchases does not necessarily restore already consumed items. Non-consumable purchases may be restored through the supported store restoration process using the appropriate store account.
If a purchase is missing or incorrect, contact us with the game name and store transaction reference. Refunds, cancellations, and withdrawal rights are determined by applicable law and the relevant store process. Digital content that has been supplied or consumed may be subject to lawful withdrawal limitations, but this does not remove rights concerning defective, misdescribed, unauthorized, or undelivered content. We do not impose a blanket "no refunds" rule.
You can review Google Play refund procedures or Apple refund procedures, as applicable. Contact us if you need assistance. Following a valid refund, reversal, or confirmed duplicate grant, we may adjust the related entitlement or balance in accordance with applicable law.
Coupons, promotional rewards, and random rewards, where offered, are subject to the conditions shown for that feature, including eligibility, redemption limits, and any stated expiry. Probabilities or other disclosures required for paid random rewards must be provided with the relevant offer. These Terms do not authorize an undisclosed paid random-reward feature.
Where rankings are available, submitted display names, scores, selected characters, and related run statistics may be visible to other players. Do not include personal contact details in a public name or use names that impersonate others, infringe rights, or contain unlawful or abusive content. We may correct or remove invalid ranking entries and inappropriate names, and investigate suspected cheating.
The game software, artwork, audio, text, and other content belong to poyogames or their respective licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive license to use the Service for its intended entertainment purpose while complying with these Terms. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the Service or its content. Restrictions apply only to the extent permitted by law and do not prohibit activities that applicable law expressly permits.
We may investigate suspected violations using relevant service records and take proportionate action, such as a warning, correction of improperly obtained rewards, removal of invalid scores, or temporary or permanent restriction. Where appropriate and legally required, we will provide the reason and an opportunity to contact us or challenge an error. Immediate action may be necessary to protect users or the Service. Restrictions do not eliminate statutory refund or other consumer rights.
You may stop using the Service at any time. To request deletion of an account and associated data, use an available in-game deletion option or follow the account-deletion instructions in our Privacy Policy. Uninstalling the app alone does not delete server-side account data.
Account deletion may permanently remove progress and access to account-linked virtual items. It does not delete your Google or Apple account, automatically refund purchases, or cancel any separately managed store subscription. Any applicable refund, cancellation, or other mandatory rights remain available.
We aim to provide a reliable Service, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, the availability of a particular advertisement, or recovery of every lost save. Interruptions can result from maintenance, network failures, device issues, or events beyond reasonable control. Responsibility for a particular loss is determined by applicable law and the circumstances.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence where applicable law prohibits such a limitation. These Terms do not remove mandatory protections for paid content, personal information, or other consumer rights. Third-party services are also subject to their own terms; this does not waive our own legal responsibilities.
We may update these Terms for changes in the Service or applicable requirements. We will identify the effective date and provide notice through the relevant game or website. Material or unfavorable changes will receive the notice and any consent required by applicable law. We will not treat a website posting alone as consent where affirmative consent is required. If you disagree, you may stop using the affected Service and contact us about any applicable rights concerning previously purchased content.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without depriving you of mandatory protections available under the laws applicable to you. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern. This does not prevent you from using a consumer dispute-resolution body or bringing a claim before a court with jurisdiction under applicable law; these Terms do not require you to use only a court in the Developer's location.
